TENNESSEE WOODWORKS ORDER CHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
In the rare event that your order is built incorrectly or has a defect, Tennessee Woodworks will replace the item or correct the issue. Our tables, chairs and benches and many other items are built with real wood and any characteristic or custom built furniture from real wood is not considered a defect. Tennessee Woodworks will replace or repair any items that are damaged if we are transporting or delivering them.
You have 24 hours after your order is placed to make any changes such as size, table style, chair style, bench style or finish color. After this 24 hour period, materials for your order have been placed and your order is locked in.
We do not offer any returns due to buyers remorse.
